General of applications:
The machine is mainly used for the operations of mixing, granulating, drying and coating of granule “Top Spraying”, etc of powder material in pharmaceutical industry, foodstuff industry, chemical industry, etc. Such as granule of tablet, granule for quick resoling drinking, condiment.
Features of the equipment:
1. The processes of mixing ,granulating and drying are completed inone step inside the machine.
2. Turn to the Ex-type of Fluidized bed dryer , we set the explosionrelease vent on the machine .once the explosion happened , themachine will release the explosion to outside automatically andsafely ,it will make very safe condition to the operator .
3. No dead corner or protruded screws on the whole machine
4. For the loading material, we have options on vacuum feeder , lifter , negative feeding and manual feeding for customer .
5. PLC is designed to ensure a full automatic control. All theoperations are automatically finished according to the requirementsof the user to set the process parameters; moreover ,Processparameters can be printed and the original record is true and reliable.In full compliance with the GMP requirement of pharmaceuticalproduction.
6. For the bag filter , we choose anti-static filtering cloth .except thebag filter , we also have barrel filter on choice .
